biography
EMERY RALLOND SKOLFIELD, JR. writes for a living and is fond of idioms, alliteration, and Rules of Three. After a decade in newspapers, he transitioned to public relations before entering the e-commerce realm. He currently manages the copy team for a multi-channel e-retail outfit headquartered in Tampa Bay.
He has attended six colleges and universities, earning several credit hours from each, most recently the University of South Florida. Emery's roll as clenched-jaw mega-cop Al Beaudette in Zopp was his first in a full-length feature. He performed all his own stunts and paid little attention to the script. Emery lives in St. Petersburg, Fla., with his wife, manchild, and two analog television sets.
